• Items must be in their original or reasonable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will sort it immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations
