Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across the United Arab Emirates. No minimum order value required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard estimated delivery time across the UAE is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your emirate and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
